and each section is divided into several levels: - Initial Review – builds up a profile of an SME’s current performance in environmental, health and safety or quality management which can then be used as the baseline for the consultancy process

- How to improve - provides information on optimising business processes and improving efficiency
- Controlling your processes - provides practical help and tools for management system controls.
The preparation of relevant content in each section of the pyramid will result in a highly valuable and individually-customised warehouse of current knowledge and information ready to roll out for the benefit of your clients. myOrganisation The core of the PROMIS service is the online integrated management solution. This application supports and integrates compliance with legislation and management systems in a user-friendly format that accommodates organisations of all sizes and sectors. Here organizations can define and improve their processes, with consultancy support, link them with related information or records of other aspects such as documents, raw materials, equipment, personnel etc, and manage them in accordance with legal and internal organizational requirements. ‘myOrganisation’ supports all the stages of implementing a management system, automatically documenting the outcome in an electronic handbook which follows ISO, EMAS and OHSAS requirements. At all levels of the pyramid, SME users are offered the opportunity to invite the support of a qualified PROMIS consultant. myQuestionnaire Is the tool which allows to conceive, elaborate and verify any kind of questionnaire; to adapt it to the own requirements and the needs of the own customers. myCommunication Is a fully integrated tool for focused communication between consultants and their clients. It includes the option of direct access to a client’s working environment, subject to comprehensive access controls.
PROMIS Lead Consultant
You may qualify as a PROMIS Lead Consultant if you are an experienced provider of advice, resources or training to SMEs in the fields of quality, environmental, health & safety and/or integrated management systems.
Your CV should evidence your expertise and services including relevant aspects of
- best practice techniques
- regulatory compliance
- performance assessment and management and
- continual improvement
in your selected discipline(s) and industry sectors.
Your professional competences should be supported by
a) Appropriate and recognised professional qualifications where applicable; and/or
b) Evidence of professional leadership or special contribution in your technical field(s) in the areas of quality, environmental, health & safety and/or integrated management systems (e.g. by the publication of technical work, or by the recognition of educational courses you have designed and delivered).
All PROMIS Lead Consultants must pass the required PROMIS training course to complete their qualification as a PROMIS Lead Consultant or otherwise demonstrate achievement of the required competence.
